Andy Jackson is a real estate development consultant with experience in multifamily housing development, real estate analysis and financing, project feasibility studies, and owner representation.
Andy has a track record of securing debt, equity (including low income housing tax credits and historic tax credits), and subsidy financing for a variety of real estate development projects.
Andy is a licensed structural engineer with deep construction experience spanning a variety of building types, sizes, and sectors.
For projects small and large, Andy is a results-oriented manager of design consultants, contractors, marketing, capital improvement projects, and retail fitouts.
Andy's experience includes, as project manager or lead consultant, developing over 600 units of housing (affordable and market rate, rentals and condos) and developing over 120,000 square feet of retail and commercial space ranging from restaurants to spas and daycare facilities.
Andy's volunteer and community service activities include:

Working with a local affordable housing non-profit, Home Start, whose mission is to develop and support affordable housing on Peaks Island.

Volunteer for Franklin Reclamation Authority, a neighborhood organization that offers a vision for the revitalization and redevelopment of Franklin Street in Portland with a focus on new affordable housing.

Former board member of the Peaks Island Children's Workshop.

Angelina Buzzelli is an assistant project manager at Dovetail Consulting specializing in research, communications, and support across our consulting services.
Angelina has an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of Maine and also works as a researcher at the University's Advanced Structures and Composites Center in Orono.
Forrest Butler is currently an Associate at Dovetail Consulting focusing on owner representation for commercial projects. Forrest brings deep experience in interior design, construction project management (residential and commercial), cost estimating,
property management, contract management, and real estate investing.

In 2010 Forrest co-founded Royal Rose Syrups. As Director of Sales & Marketing, Forrest secured nearly 1,000 wholesale accounts across the U.S., Canada,
Europe, and Asia. In 2018, Forrest and his co-founder sold Royal Rose to an Organic Spirits Distiller. Their creations are still being made and distributed throughout various parts of the globe!
A Detroit native, Forrest holds a BFA from Wayne State University and studied interior architecture at Boston Architectural College.
