Gabe studied construction project management at NYU.

He then worked for two of the country’s premiere luxury residential builders, I-Grace and Roesemann builders. With portfolio projects in both NYC and Chicago, he collaborated with renowned architects and tradespeople to rehab historically landmarked properties into some of the nation’s finest residences during the housing boom of the early 2000’s.
Utilizing his experience with city buildings, he was recruited directly by business owners seeking to open large capacity spaces for public occupancy. In each case, Gabe facilitated the process from site spec to build-out, expediting permits and contracts with city agencies and community boards, implementing and overseeing initial business operations, creating unique branding identities, and hiring and training staff bodies with as many as 150 employees. As a consultant, his clients included Off-Broadway theaters, concert venues, nightclubs and Michelin-star restaurants. In all, Gabe launched over 30 unique venues into the NYC marketplace.
